    Benefit of issuing section 21 with AST (albeit afterwards)

    What are the benefits of getting the tenant to sign a section 21 immediately after signing the AST, as opposed to issuing a section 21 at say , 4 months into the contract, to get them out after the initial 6 months (presuming they are not ideal tenants!)?
