    Yes -- all three, and have informed agents that the owner of the flat will be very pleased to receive 6 months rent from the tenant that left 6 months ago, who still has the keys.

We have had virtualy no problems for 24 years, until owners started renting out their flats 4 years ago, then we lost control to estate agents and tenants, with estate agents refusing to tell us the start dates and finish dates - or even the names of the tenants ( see previous different post -- "lost control".

        Perhaps he means that you are wrong in the light of his 'burglary' citation, in post #14, from s.9(1)(b) of Theft Act 1968?
