Management software

What softwares are people using for their management. I have seen a few, including some which have apps for the phone. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also an idea if charges.
i was hoping for something where you can input the EPC details, the EICR details, boiler servicing, insurance details etc etc so that the software reminds you when EICRs are due, insurances are due, etc so you dont have to keep checking spreadsheets to make sure everything is up to date!

I use the macOS calendar app for those reminders.
If I was using Windows, I'd use Outlook.

I don't have hundreds of properties, though.

When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

I have 3 letters from the court today all dated 22/2/22 referring to an accelerated possession that went before the judge on the 10/2/22 :-

Unless I've missed something, OP is buying with a residential mortgage (they intend to live in it)

Therefore whilst they can exchange (not advisable), they cannot complete as it will be a condition of the mortgage that there is vacant possession, which there clearly isn't while this tenant...
