slightly off point you might think at first but stay with it.....i was doing up a fairly good flat on third floor of block and found the gas supply pipe had a smaller bore than as required for a modern combi boiler. So we chucked in a conventional system boiler rated at something like 7 or 8 kw and a tank which of course had an electric immersion back up. The finished installation runs trouble free and is an ideal model set up fr a tenant proof property in so far as its unlikely both forms of heating water will go kaput at the same time

by NaomiBBut there are some squatters who move in, trash a property and then refuse to leave until they are evicted. There are some travellers who turn up and leave masses of rubbish behind. There are some tenants who turn out to be a right nuisance, stop paying the rent, stay put until they are evicted,...

by Hudson01No, i did'nt but i know of neighbours who did..... but they were just plasterboard walls to separate the lounge from the kitchen to make it a little more..... open. So certainly no supporting walls that would require steel etc. I would say that anything requiring more than a joiner would be a no, n...
