    CCJ and New Tenancy

I have a prospective tenant who has children with his ex partners and is currently living with a new partner and their child.

He has a fairly good income but its not guaranteed due to the nature of his employment.

I have just discovered he has a CCJ for a £535 debt - which he says the claim was without merit and he plans to get it overturned.

    Would you rent to Boris?

He should be returned whence he came - New York. Lying PM.. (A statement of fact rather than anything else)

I've read the brief PE article. Think there's more to come on this.
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

I think I know this guy. A bit of a fantasist, often tapping people for money and has a problem with the concept of truth. Avoid.
