    Rent to rent

    i have an investment property in Telford (2 bed house) how do I find a company to guarantee the rent to me via rent to rent.

    I don't think that you're going to get much positive response from this forum's users on rent to rent.
    The general view is that rent to rent is not a great idea.

    As an uncalled for and possibly rude question, how did you end up with an "investment property" before you had a means of leveraging that investment?
    When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
    Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

        Many will promise, very few deliver, an awful lot are bent shysters and crooks
        I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

          I'm sure I can register a company at Companies House, make an agreement with you in the company which has no asset's name, collect a few months rent, fail to pass it over and then disappear.
