    I also email it to tenants as soon as I ask them for any information. Its a template so you have to personalise it with the relevant info and you're supposed to complete the sections on how you store data, when you dispose etc based on your practice.

      Thanks. That's pretty much I have done. I get them to sign and date an Acknowledgement of Receipt sheet which lists the docs / certificates / URL's. And in the TA, it says refer to Privacy Policy provided separately
