In which case, you should be fine.
There's no need to reissue PI unless something has changed (like where the deposit is held or insured).

There's the possibility that a landlord has to issue the EPC for each tenancy, because the wording is a bit vague.
But it looks to me as if it's treated like a gas safety certificate to me, so you'd have to issue any new EPC, but there doesn't seem any point in giving the tenant the same document that they already have.

And I've not encountered anyone having any issue with an EPC.

When did the tenancy start and when did any other agreements actually start?

    Prescribed information rules

    Hi,

I wondered if anyone could help with this query?

I am evicting my tenant. I gave him prescribed information, how to rent leaflet, EPC, gas safety, tenancy deposit certificate, at the start of his first 6 month AST.

When we renewed his (the exact same tenant) first AST with a new 12 month AST, following on exact date of expiry from 1st AST, I did not re issue any information other than carry out an up to date gas safety.

Is this correct? Or should I have re issued How to rent, EPC, and deposit certificate.
