    Personally, I would go for it.

    But as a tenant I would want some assurance about being evicted due to no fault of my own (after all, your circumstances may change).
    Something like 50% of cost reimbursed if evicted within 1 year of completion; 40% if within 2 years, etc.

        Which I'm recovering in rent.
