      If that's the impression I gave, apologies.
      I was responding to a question about why I thought the way someone had approached an issue was a bad idea.
      So the notion that the alternative approach was possible was implicit because it had happened.

      I also take your point about abuse of process, although I disagree with it.
      But I don't think that simply restating the same views will benefit anyone!
      When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
      Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).
