Actually, they haven't said what they propose to do with the property and I would be interested to know. Care to tell us MicheleM?

What is your budget for paying landlords for damage?

Community Group? Do you mean a CLT (Land Trust) or a charity. Explain your status please?

If you have no budget for advertising, you have no viable product and LLZ is not the right platform/

The regular advice given to landlords on this forum is not to touch such arrangements with a barge pole.

  • London community group offering 2-5 year guaranteed lease - how do we tell landlords?

Hello - we're new on LZ, so I hope it's OK posting this. We are a community group looking for a residential property to rent in North London/Camden at just above LHA rates. We can offer guaranteed rent/lease for 2-5 years (backed by a housing association.) But how do we find an interested landlord? People keep telling us it'll be easy, but it isn't! Any ideas? We have zero budget for ads. Happy to explain further if people want to know more. Thanks.
