    Can someone please advise on what to do, the situation is like this, I have a buyer for my property which has a AST from 1st July last year, can I serve a repossession notice? how much notice do I need to give my tenants?

    For how long did you grant the AST? Six months? Twelve months?
    Unless T commits serious breach, you're stuck with T until at least end of fixed term, although you can serve s.21 Notice as soon as you want.
