    Do you have legal cover on your insurance? This may include it

    were going through the same thing. I’d be honest IMO I’d have a professional do it. After looking at threads and posts, if you mess the slightest thing up it could all go to waste and you’d have to start all over again

    Seeking repossession under section 8

    My tenant owes me three months rent. The section 8 notice has now expired so I can apply to the court for repossession order. However I have never done this before. I’m wondering if I should use a solicitor who charges £795 but that includes the court fees, or if I’m as well doing it myself.

    Thanks for any advice.
