Recommendations for specialist landlord solicitors please

    Hello everyone

I currently have a tenancy agreement dispute, and I’m looking for recommendations for good specialist landlord solicitors please. Though I’m London-based, they can be ones that operate online from a distance.

    Thanking you in advance!

We're not able to recommend or criticise companies on the forum.
There's a directory listing at the top of the page.

Google Tessa Sanderson or Giles Peaker for well recognised specialists.
But I have no experience of either in practice.

Most solicitors would be able to handle tenancy agreement disputes - the law isn't that complex in most cases.
When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

jpkeates Oh, I’m terribly sorry, I didn’t realise! I will check out the directory and those you mentioned - thank you kindly for your help.

Don't worry - it's buried in the terms and conditions somewhere - it's not at all obvious.

The forum is an obvious place for people to post all sorts of defamatory comments about landlords, tenants and agents.
And the people who run it can't afford to fight a libel case.
          So they're hyper cautious.
