    If the fixed term of your joint AST doesn't end until Feb 2019, the landlord would have to have grounds to evict you before then (the no fault route not being available in the short term), and being a bit annoying about your rights won't do it.
    It would take not paying the rent or some serious breaches of the agreement.
    When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
    Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).
