    Full Repairing Lease - Residential

My current tenant (detached house) is after changing their tenancy to a full repairing lease, I am very happy to do this, however I cannot find any information or templates online for this regarding residential properties. Everything seems to be based around commercial properties as they are the norm for this type of tenancy. Does anyone know of anywhere that has information/tenancy agreement templates for this type of tenancy for me to look over?

    Thanks

There is legislation that means a landlord can't escape responsibility for some repairs in a residential lease.
That kind of lease is available for commercial premises only.
When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

Its also not desirable to let tenants determine when repairs need to be done or the standard of workmanship required.
