    This is the planning application notice that must be displayed at the the boundary of the property until the date stated on the notice.

    It is issued, so that anyone who read's it knows what is going on and how to issue an objection to the council.

    It must be displayed in a clear position ( no hiding it behind the bins ) as when the council turn up for a site visit they will check the sign is being displayed.

    Also, you will get every builder in the area knocking on your door offering to do the works for you!
