We served a Claim notice as we intend to acquire the right to manage. The Landlord says it is not valid because it does not contain the Notes in the prescribed form.
Is she right? For me Notes are Notes, they are not part of the body therefore not necessarily needed. This is key because it is the only argument and I would need to know whether it's worth challenging that through the LVT (which costs £300).
