    Time Limit on s22 Notice Appointment of a Manager

    Does a s22 notice "time out"?
    A notice was issued in 2010, but it wasn't followed through. Could the same notice be used to proceed with a s24 action in 2015? Or should a new notice be issued?
    I am not a solicitor, I am a lessee/shareholder in conflict with the management. Please seek your own legal advice before relying on my comments in this forum!

    Call an EGM. Make sure you give proper notice and that it is legal (download a boilerplate notice off the internet). In that EGM you can vote new directors in, or even vote the old directors out.
