Can anyone help me with any advice at all with regards this situation:
I am a leaseholder attempting to sell my flat but my conveyancing solicitor cannot reach the freeholder and we cannot proceed with the sale without hearing from them. This has been going on 7 weeks now and the potential buyers are now getting itchy feet (they have paid 2 months more rent than they should have already).
Is there anything that I can do as the Leaseholder to push this through?
