    Ground rents in Belfast

    In order to collect GR in Belfast is the law same as England ie serving section 166 notice
    And secondly what is GR Redemption law in Northern Ireland
    Is this law subject to change whereby rent owner can lose his right to collect or his right to compensation
    Please advise with latest info

    Not a clue. I suggest you look at NIdirect or legislation.gov.uk for NI assembly lelgislation and statutory instruments.

      Most of the leasehold legislation Ive looked at refers to England and Wales and I believe that for some odd reason some of the recent updates applied to England only.

        I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...
