I hope you can help as I'm in need of advice.
In November 2011 we (2 flats) were served a notice & first right of refusal for the lease being carved up - it was an offer (extremely high one!) to
buy the airspace above the roof. We had a deadline of 2months.
In December we served a section 13 to buy the freehold, the same week the
freeholder put solar panels up on the roof (before the 2month notice was up)
We have subsequently found out that the airspace lease was sold to another company, after internet searches the freeholder owns that company as well.
Does this mean we can still buy the freehold? He has offered us the
freehold without the airspace which we don't want. We want the whole freehold.
Any advice would be much appreciated as we are quite confused!
