Landlord/managing agent wants to charge £150 for a "sell-on" pack also known as an "assignment pack" or "pre-assignment enquiries".
This consists of the last three years of service charge statements, building insurance, unbilled major works, planned major works.
With the exception of plannned major works I have all the other information to hand and don't see why I should be charged for the exception which cannot take more than 10 minutes to produce and could be reasonably thought to be costed out within the annual service charge.
