One of my Lessee's has taken in a lodger,and he is on some kind of benefit(i definately know this for sure !)
The tenant is not allowed to sublet for periods of no less than six months,
not to sublet part only of the premises whatsoever.
Also when i renewed the buildings insurance they asked me if anybody was claiming housing benifit,i said no,because i didnt know what i now know at the time!
Is this a major problem?
What is the best course of action to take
Does anybody want to swap Lessee's ? I want to trade mine in!
