Hi,
Further to my first post...
I wonder if anyone can recommend a good Solicitor who would be able to assist with the mess of the FH serving CN with counter proposals including price and acknowledging the RTE and now... saying that the IN was in fact invalid thus scuppering the LVT that had been set.
Also assuming we can make some progress then to do the conveyencing required.
Sadly after further research it seems that the FH and their Solicitor are in the habit of these tactics to prolong the process and generate additional costs, something they had their wrists slapped for in February. So previous knowledge of dealing with SGIK Ltd and P.Chevalier or other obstructive FH's is required! As the problem we have is that the company who prepared the IN on reviewing the CN were happy that the CN stated an intention to sell the FH and didn't pick up this as a problem, because they're not used to dealing with FHs who exploit niche areas of the law to inflate their fees.
Cheers
Jon
