Can anyone tell me if the original full scale lease plans are held by?

    1 The Freeholder/Landlord/RTE Company.

    2 Land Registry.

    3 Elsewhere.

    Any advice is welcome.

    Thank you.

Do you mean the plan attached to the lease or something else?

        1. Leases come in two identical versions.

        2. LEASE itself is held- not surprisingly- by leaseholder (or mortgagee [lender] for mortgaged leasehold).

        3. COUNTERPART LEASE is held by lessor.

        4. Both of those should incorporate all plans.

        5. HMLR may have a filed copy, but this is not always so.
