    Single RTM for two buildings?

    Hi all,

Is it possible to have a single RTM registered to manage two neighbouring blocks of flats?

The freeholder is the same, and the basement has a commercial property that spans the ground floor of both building blocks.

There are three sets of leases however (2 for each block of flats, and separate one for the commercial property).

    Thank you.

You should send an enquiry to the legal advisor at LEASE ( www.lease-advice.org )

Thanks Gordon999. The link is pretty clear, but I will also enquire at LEASE.

I found this guide posted on LEASE website :

Its better to use a separate RTM company for each building to avoid being drawn into objection by the freeholder , which may result in higher costs for the leaseholders.
