    Hi Gordon,

    Thank you for replying.

    After waiting 8 weeks I did ask the agent if the delay could be explained and when I would receive them.

    The email was ignored twice until a formal complaint was sent and then a reply received stating that the pandemic had unfortunately caused a backlog of work for them and their accountants.

    Good morning,

    Given the year we've had I'm trying to evaluate how many other leaseholders are experiencing a delay in receiving their Service Charge accounts.

    For those RMCs self managing did you experience any long term delay in getting your accounts certified?

    For our development the lease states the management company is obliged to provide them by the end of June.

    Thanks in advance to any experiencing the same delay.
