    RMC Directors breaching the lease

Good morning, can anyone advise what you can do if a director is purposefully breaching the lease to cause nuisance to another neighbour they are in dispute with. The managing agent have confirmed the lease is being breached by the action but this person has privately said they have no intention of complying.

It appears that the person is not fit to be a director so you could seek to remove him. The neighbour could take legal action against the RMC.

Presumably for breach of the lease.

Does that responsibility not sit with the managing agent to enforce the lease? Their process is just to send letters although they have delayed issuing a letter to this director.

The agent is instructed by the RMC and the director is acting on behalf of the RMC, so he can issue instructions to the agent
