    EA Contract Wording

What must the contract wording between a LL and a find-only EA be or not be in order to make sure the EA is entitled to commission only for the initial fixed term contract duration time?

It is not so much a case of what wording is needed to prevent it, but rather of not allowing in any wording which allows it.

So what kind of wording should be dis-allowed?

If there is wording that says "for the duration of the tenancy" does that mean regardless of under what contract or whether new contract or not, i.e. same tenants = commission continues?

I think we need to see the wording of the whole clause and any definition of "tenancy".
