Last time I went with Sharman Quinney. I managed the last tenancy myself and it went very well for just under 6 years. The tenant gave me his 1 months notice today in writing.
Can anyone recommend a good letting agent in the Peterborough area?

I always do what Beswick suggests above. Other property renting websites are available too. Sifting out the 'tryers' from suitable tenants seems to be taking more and more time. Even though I've put a minimum income in the advert, I ask anyone who replies if they can meet the minimum income and out of 6 enquiries, none of them have got back to me.

They've also done the advertising and the viewing, so you're going to owe them for that as well.
You've got some kind of contract with them, because you've agreed "something" and they've done some work....-
