    Viewing rules on re-letting

My agent is not doing new viewings until my existing tenants have moved out. I believe this is in the interests of protection against the COVID virus. This will mean a loss in rental income as there will be a delay in being able to secure new tenants quickly. Is this right and fair?

Surely they can book viewing once a week in a 2hr slot, open the windows, ask everyone to wear gloves and masks, go in to view and then discuss outside or by phone or email?

Think agent is right and fair.

Further, tenant can refuse viewings, change locks (change back when he leaves) and realistically nothing you can do.

Viewing only after tenants have left and damage/refurb assessed
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...
