    Just send them an introduction letter, explaining who you are and asking to come and meet them at the property, you then get a look at the property if you have not seen it do the first inspection and report to the landlord. Tenants are happy as they have a face to a name, and most importantly give them the new bank details and remind them to pay the next rent to you !!
