Are you claiming that you got compensation of £20250,with a free premium-Bargain if true! The maybe part makes me doubtful.

Why ask if you don't intend to believe the answer? Have you ever taken a tenant to court & then employed a barrister because Shelter did and have to go multiple times because of their delaying tactics? Believe me the costs stack up & because we had legal insurance it paid out. We did have to involve the Ombudsman but we got the payout.
