Does a leaseholder have the right to request to be copied in to all correspondence between the management company (and managing agent) and the insurance company, in reference to a claim resulting in a roof leak into their flat? The insurance is paid for via the service charges.

by tatemonoyour accountant is right and you should pay NI class 2 by law if you earn over a certain amount. You can opt to voluntarily pay below that which is what we do as we earn money from tutoring alongside the majority of our income from property letting.
