    What would you say

Well, we live in difficult times and housing is in demand but what do you do if a guarantor cannot be found and you are in a place between work and LHA, having spent a lot of time setting up a business that is almost ready to go?

My tenancy for instance has ended and after many years developing C/C++ 3D applications, I got into ASP.Net development and now HTML website design which is much less complex than ASP.Net. So I am hoping to derive an income from HTML websites while working with ASP.Net to develop my own 'Property For sale' and 'Property to rent' website as I want to be 'in the game' as a good website can return good money.

So, therefore, herein lies the rub, I can build very powerful websites and need a flat and you guys have flats and might like a powerful website and I think the concept is business. So, what would you guys say to such a proposal and I would keep the proposal as an Idea as I am not touting for business I am touting for ideas to find a flat. I have a disability but also a passion for computing and a drive to succeed, so I figured that letting you know my situation could be a sound idea.

    What do you think?

    Rob.

Gissa clue: Roughly where, just you, how many bedrooms, presumably a work-room?? (No free properties at the moment myself, sorry, good luck!).
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

the best way to get somewhere to rent is by offering to actually pay the rent. your website idea is irrelevant - there are plenty of sites out there offering the same.

You need to crowd fund that idea. And use spareroom.co.uk to find a place to live.
