Hi All.
I am thinking of having an intercom system for a proposed HMO. I am keen to understand the experience of other landlords when it comes to choosing an intercom system. When i was researching, I noticed some systems with an electronic lock system. These are usually found in a block of leasehold flats, are they used in the case of an HMO ? Can such locks be fitter on a UPVC door ?
I also note that yale do locks which requires a code for entry, is this better ? I worry about keys and tenant turnaround/spare keys, security etc.
Thanks in advance.
