This is going to be quite common at the moment as a lot of properties that previously didn't need licensing now do, which will have unearthed quite a lot of properties without planning permission.

Hi,
I have shared house that I rent four rooms in (HMO) all of the Tenants have separate Tenancy Agreements for their individual rooms, one Tenant is moving into a bigger room which is slightly more expensive do I need to get them to sign a new Tenancy Agreement for the room they are moving...-
