I am probably asking in the wrong place but I thought someone may have a idea?

My grandmother died this year and my dad her eldest son died back in 2006.

I was told a few years after my dad died by her that she changed her so that my uncle her other son would get half the...

Before I speak to him or a solicitor my wife has found something on the land registry doc which is confusing.

On the title deed to the house which shows restriction. No disposition by a sole proprietor of the registered estate (expect a trust corporation) under which capital money arises...

    Couldn't agree more.

It's like the umpteen training courses you can purchase on FX Currency or shares trading. Someone is being so generous in sharing their secrets on how to beat the market. Yeah right, if they were that good at beating the market, then they would be, er, beating the...

Here is something everyone should try to understand : How money is created :

Money is more than banknotes and coins. If you have a bank account, you can use what’s in it to buy things, typically with a debit card. Because you can buy things with your bank account, we think of this...

I suggest everyone should watch "How the economic machine works" by Ray Dalio. A very good video which really educates on all of this. He is the founder of Bridgwater Associates

Say two Nat West customers are getting mortgages to buy £1m houses from two Barclays customers & two Barclays customers are getting mortgages to buy £1m houses from two Nat West customers.
    ...

If the property or some of it is part of the estate, I doubt it could be sold (or exchanged) prior to the grant of probate. It’s possible, but it would be far from normal.

Property is an almost perfect zero sum game.
There’s only so much demand and so much supply (it does change, but not dramatically and usually the trends are parallel).

Anyone entering the market is almost certain to be taking businesss from someone else, directly, by renting to...
