So.....at the same time as the consultation that would make LLs improve the energy efficiency of their properties to EPC C or above in order to help the Govt hit its climate change targets the Govt has given the go ahead for cost mine - Yes a COAL MINE - in Cumbria!

I will do an EICR and PAT testing on the same day, but remember that a satisfactory report isn’t guaranteed.
