Solar Panels just for Hot Water

Sometimes on a roof you see just a couple of Solar Panels with pipes coming off them. presumably to provide hot water.
Presumably different from the Solar Panels used for electricity.
Is there a firm who specialises in these water based panels.
I only need to do 1 thing to get my terraced house up from an EPC of D to a C, and that could be the answer ?

I would wait for the new algorythm before i spent anything on any of my properties, we don't know what will be changed.

I've seen a number of references on this forum to new EPC methodology coming in later this year, but despite googling it I can't seem to find a date. Does anyone know exactly when the new methodology will go live?

As above, just get a piece of wood and slide it along the window to tap the rubber into place.

Done quicker than looking for paperwork.
(Or waiting for the installer to come and do exactly the same thing).

Hi, on one of my windows a rubber seal doesn't align snuggle to the frame. Windows are still on Fensa warranty - take it it should be solved by the installer?

EPC 1850s build

single glazed windows
old fashioned boiler
halogen lights
no loft insulation

The flat is a 1 bed 50 square meter unit located on the top floor (within the roof space with a loft above), it says the property can possibly...

Most news channels.... gas is a fossil fuel which cannot be generated by solar panels or wind..... electricity can be generated by both of those methods and of course by nuclear. The 2050 net zero pledge is not going anywhere, i will be clinging to my gas boiler until it is...
