You can find anything on google if you do an inverse search
So off the top of my head
Cabbages look like a brain and prevent brain cancer. Let's find out
[[Link removed]]
Lets try cabbages cause cancer
I found several hits for that too like
cabbages cause cancer:

Now lets try Trump is an Alien
Proven by google too. Tick.
Or how about Jeremy Corbyn nearly our PM
thinks our food is full of rat hair, and
Invited Sheikh Raed Salah a fascist to tea in parliament
or Called Salah an “honoured citizen” after he called for a ‘global caliphate’
or Called terror groups Hamas and Hezbollah 'friends'.
or Attended a wreath ceremony for members of the terrorist group who carried out the 1972 Munich Olympics massacre
or Rushed to the defence of a cleric who blamed Israel for 9/11 after the Church of England reprimanded them
and so on
Yup you can find those too. Except he is a cabbage and they are true.
BUT Video Cameras do cause EMI ------ so does every light bulb, digital watch, computer mouse or tirch -- so yup, that's true too.
Its all true

Years ago ( ? '70s ?) there was a large computer installation in the Portsmouth area. One particular, large machine situated against the back (northerly) wall on the building tended to fall over early in the mornings, occasionally. Confused the usual engineers: Ditto UK specialists. Brought in US experts.. Turned out to be an experimental radar system on the hills above that was going through testing..
Only resolved by building an almost Faraday cage round it..

by NeelixYou need a a SATISFACTORY EICR before a new tenant can move in .......... and the lettings agency wil need this from you.

by jpucng62Use a site like Check-a-Trade to find someone with reviews locally. There are a few of this type of site & they have to pay to join so keeping a good track record is important. Hopefully you will avoid the cowboys. Anyone who is really cheap should be avoided!17-01-2021, 12:34 PM

Reply to Terrace roof leakingby Hudson01I am not so sure it depends on if either of you lived there before, but if the ''' fault '' is linked to the tape used to seal between the new tiles which are on your roof and the original tiles on the neighbours then its down to negotiation between you both. I guess that if the roof tiles used on your...16-01-2021, 18:58 PM

by alan66My tenant has been approached by next door that the roof on our terrace house is causing a leak into her house.
They have had a roofer round who has said that it is caused by the joint between the 2 roofs failing and that as my house has been retiled(approx 10 years ago) and theirs has not it...16-01-2021, 14:18 PM -
Reply to Terrace roof leakingby alan66Yes that's correct then the tape is put over the joint.
I've checked back and the roof on my side is at least 15 years old.
The work on the roof was done prior to myself or neighbour buying our houses(which was approx 10 years ago) so I don't feel it's a case of something that I have done...16-01-2021, 17:56 PM
