    Bathroom heater

I own an HMO where 2 tenants share a bathroom. I need to fit a bathroom heater on a timer to prevent condensation. Can you recommend a heater which goes off automatically with the light or after a fixed period of time to prevent tenants leaving it on permanently

Generally an extractor fan is a better solution.

There is an extractor fan already running for about 15 minutes after it is turned off but there is still black mould on the ceiling and walls

A short term electric heater is unlikely to help as the walls will retain the cold for much longer than you intend to apply heat. Although people think they are heating the air in a room, hey are really heating the walls, as the air itself normally gets exchanged quite frequently.

Clad the walls and ceilings with UPVC board. Creates a warm, easy clean surface.
