Who owns, maintains and pays for two areas of Public Open Space

For brevity’s sake, here is a timeline of events:

1. A search showed these two areas of POS have not been adopted.
2. A list of transfers by the local council show these POS areas were completed as per the S106.(i.e transferred)
3. Both areas of POS are listed as assets owned by the local council.
4. The TR1 in the Section 106 is not dated and ‘appears’ not to have been completed.

How can I find out one way or the other who owns and maintains this land?

Any ideas would be extremely helpful?

Sorry for the delay in replying. Yes it 'was' regarding adverse possession. The issue has now been resolved
