Break clause - how is it worded

I'm using a standard template lease (Law Society version) to make a 2 year lease, but I want a break clause (for myself, the Landlord, not the tenant) after 1 year. I can't see a provision for this - how is it normally worded?

    Something like this:

The Landlord and the Tenant agree that if the Landlord wishes to terminate this Lease on or after [insert date x months from start of tenancy] and the Landlord gives the Tenant not less than x months notice in writing to that effect (‘the Landlord's Notice’) on expiry of the Landlord's Notice the Tenancy/Term [or however it is defined] shall end but this does not cancel any outstanding obligations which either party owes to the other.
