    Tenant turned off shared electric

    My new tenant understood the electric was shared when he went in with sub meter readings to show usage & I would guarantee Payment of the other tenant but would need email pic of the reading & copy of the bill so I could be reimbursed by other tenant. My tenant got a copy of the reading when he moved in then 3 months later got his first bill. He sent me a picture of the actual amount but not a full copy or a copy of the sub meter readings. He screamed at me down the phone I should pay half which I did. I tried to explain I need a copy of the actual bill all of it, but he has not sent it me. He has had an electrician in to turn off and disconnect my other tenant. My residential tenant has had to move out. As we cant evict what can I do? My relationship now has totally broke down with my new tenant. I have ordered new electric supply but it will take months.
