I'm buying it to live in rather than to rent but am now...

by jpucng62Looks like the imposition of EPC C has slipped to at least 2030.
Story on the forum says that because Dave Amess was the sponsor of the bill that was pushing for EC C by 2025/8 it is now unlikely to proceed. This means that the date for EPC C is unlikely to come before 2020, the date in...25-10-2021, 14:21 PM -

I've recently put in high heat retention heaters and put a jacket on my boiler and my rating (D) is the same as other flats on my close with no double glazing, no additional loft insulation, poor heating, no jacket on boilet etc. (I have all of these).
