Court Fees... how to register it

I’ve received a possession order over 6 weeks ago, and the tenant left, but didn’t pay the court fee of £404 as indicated on the judgement order, I want the court to register this as unsatisfactory (unpaid), I’ve tried contacting the court (that issued the judgement) but no response, I’ve checked online and there’s no CCJ on the tenant, anyone know how to get this registered on the tenant?
