    Hi
Going to start doing my own 3 month checks on the rented house I have.
Any one use or got a checklist they use for the inspection so nothing gets missed off while chatting with the tenants?
I need to go in and do the checks on everything but bound to forget some as first time meeting...

Now my husband is retired we would like to put the flat into joint names so we can split the income between us. There...

I have found a property (commercial freehold unit which I believe means it's mine and no other hidden costs so I can sell and rent it out on my own terms) that I'm considering buying but don't know much about this and my responsibilities. Where could I find facts about this or any advice? I just want...

    Hi, (asking for my brother)
hid tenants have damaged their neighbours wall of their property and have yet to repair it fully. The owners of the property next door have asked him for his insurance details. Does he have to give them his details as they now want to claim off his insurance?

    Hello Everyone,

I am both a landlord and a tenant. I’m currently renting a property through an agent who acts on behalf of landlord.

There is currently a EPC certificate on the property which I have rented since October 2014. (The rating is F) I signed a 3 year three year...

    Hi all,

Appreciate this one may be a regular question, but thought best to give a bit of context to our current position - in case it helps with any 'get around'.

We own a small 1 bed flat (mortgaged) which we currently occupy and have up for sale (no biters yet).
